The US infrastructure needs drastic upgrades and maintenance. CAT equipment has become more green as well with carbon capture technology. As a leading manufacturer of construction equipment, Caterpillar should be well positioned to take advantage of US infrastructure improvement and green initiative bills. When the war in Ukraine is over, I think there is a good chance the US will assist in rebuilding. CAT equipment may be utilized in some of the rebuild projects or sent over as aid to help Ukrainians rebuild.
