Recs
The unique restaurant brand is focused on a strategy of highly trafficked locations along main highways, which makes for a convenient dining experience for travelers and locals alike. Real estate is mainly owned, which offers some financial control to the business. The retail portion of the restaurant offers some small joys, especially to restaurant goers who are waiting to be seated. I think this is one of the most optimal full-seating restaurant businesses in the United States.
Recs
Casual dining is vulnerable during a recession.
Recs
Great financial shape as we emerge from the COVID pandemic compared to competitors.
