Rock solid regional bank with a 4% yield. Community bank has been in the plain vanilla mortages for years and their lack of taste for adventure has left them in an extemely strong position. Look for them to take over weaker banks or just keep growing… More

financials will continue to do well as the QE2 program is pushed by the Fed. They will be forced to lend the money they have and thus make money.

If the dividend rate is so low, the stock has to drop dramatically or they have to make a tremendous net income to make the PE good enough to lift the dividend so that the stock price is good - unless I missed something all together
