Recs
CLW is a private label toilet paper and paperboard company. Both businesses are very stable and growing. The company went through a change in management that is now focused on capital allocation, which it lacked with previous management. Shares suffered under previous management. New management has cut costs, sold unneeded assets, and increased cash flow handsomely. The company is now focused on top-line growth, paying down debt, and repurchasing shares. The stock currently trades at a mid-single-digit multiple of free cash flow. Capital allocation and multiple expansion should lead to long-term outperformance of the S&P 500.
