Slow and steady earnings and dividend growth should be the norm at CMS for years to come as it upgrades its aging utility system.

Short term boost.

Last two months CMS Energy Corp. has highly overestimated my energy bill. I'm going to gamble on this being a play to boost Q3 earnings report if it turns out to be a systematic issue. I'll sell after the Q3 report.

Just for fun, wouldn't put real money down.
