Conservatively-Run Company, very consistent and generous dividend, long history of good management. ZERO debt, straightforward business model, licensed brands are spectacular: Disney, Winnie the Pooh, Hello Kitty, Sesame Street, etc. Not subject to huge speculation around either the manufacturing sector OR competition among retailers that it sells to, since it can change both the source of it's products and the locations where they're retailed to.
