Very risky sector right now, but I think CRZ is at or near the bottom of their downward trek. I think over the next 6 - 12 months, these guys will have a solid breakaway.

The company sold off its Agency MBSs during the first quarter of 2008 and will probably reduce its dividend during the current year. However, CRZ seems financially sound and should be able to take advantage of opportunities that may arise during the year and should then should outperform the S&P 500.
