Recently restructured debt and bought out their Joint Venture partner giving them the ability to manage income in ways that will allow company to grow. Even though current oil prices are low and the sector is being 'hit' hard, they are in the transport business and are located in an area where they are able to acquire business from Canadian drilling companies as well as US. Currently they are expanding their oil storage capacity and have plans to grow even more over the next few years.
