There is just not a lot of competition in the rendering & recycling of food industry waste - and DAR has figured out how to reuse it in a way that seems to have a future - biodiesel. This is not only a unique niche, it is a necessary one. Food industry waste isn't going away - and I think DAR is aggressive enough to capitilize on that.
