EXP has done well in essentially commodity market and made smart financial decisions that maintain free cash flow for expanding the business, but the fickle nature of the housing market and demand cycle for building and infrastructure materials make long-term outlooks difficult. What I'm watching: whether a new president makes motions toward a major overhaul of national infrastructure that could increase demand for cement.
