The best Bull and Bear pitches based on recency and number of recommendations.
Fluor is a very solid company, with excellent financials and very strong management. Proof? It managed to remain very strong during the recession. But since Fluor did not lose as much value as other (often worse) companies, the rally speculators have… More
nice numbers but it looks over valued to me. i would look to get in on a good dip in price .

Recs
Earnings ready to explode. Net Cash. Div too.
Recs
I calculate 14.5x EV/FCF on FLR, with a 1.5% divvy and 12.5% projected growth. That's still *just* short of fair value for me, and I don't really expect it to outperform strongly from this price. Just jotting the idea down in CAPS to remind me to keep an eye on it. Reset the price to $50 or below, and this will be cheap enough to buy.
Recs
Big engineering firm beaten down due to the stagnating energy sector. Still has cash to survive this downturn. Fairly priced with room for a huge rebound
