Consistent revenue growth with good dividend to boot. Will take advantage of macro trend of gentrification of urban centers. Focus on E-commerce will help drive growth as well.

I think retailers that give their employees paid sick leave are going to get a bump in sales until germaphobia levels drop back towards normal.
