I might be missing something here, but I find nothing remotely appealing about this recent IPO. We're talking about a big box brick-and-mortar retailer offering home decorations and furnishings. No eCommerce presence. The company is opening stores at a rapid pace, resulting in negative free cash flow (cash burn) and a mountain of debt. Maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't see how this outperforms over the long haul. From what I can tell, the economics of the stores and the company's general financial health don't justify such quick expansion. I don't see a moat or a bright future for this business. Underperform.
