Total flyer. My friend Ian Cassell points out the relationship between Patrick Industries and Integrated Electric -- we'll see how this plays out: "One interesting tidbit is back in 2009 when PATK was a $5 million market cap company, a fund actually owned ~50% of the shares. They also backstopped Cleveland's turnaround and growth plans that gave Wells Fargo confidence in giving more credit to the company. The guy that led the charge at the fund was Jeffrey Gendell. Jeffrey Gendell owns 57% of another microcap company IESC (250m market cap). You can see some similarities in strategy... also in a boring industry where they are backstopping the rollup strategy. Might still be too small for you to take a serious look but put it on your radar." Again, this is not my style, as I'm not sure there's anything here built to last, but.... Outperform.

This company has positive cash flow and I see a future of electric cars requiring more electricity infrastructure. Looks like a buy to me. Priced below book value as a bonus.
