wind power is a good alternative for industrialized nations. Though not as alluring to investors as solar seems to be, it is economically more feasible at this point, maintanence is signifigantly less. I wish i could have caught this one cheaper, but… More

Couldn't pass this one up! Talk about a Quixotic pick :-)! Wind farms. According to Businessweek.com, Babcock & Brown Wind Partners, in Australia, invests in a portfolio of large scale wind energy assets throughout Europe, North America and Australia. These include 15 wind farms in the aforementioned regions.

P/E not catastrophic, 33.1, top compensated officers get rational compensation, estimated revenues will double this year, compared to last and will be triple in 2008 which sounds promising.

In 2006, Babcock & Brown Wind Partners Group increased its cash reserves by 182.61%, or A$201.1M. Debt as a percent of total capital decreased at Babcock & Brown Wind Partners Group over the last fiscal year to 50.20%. Sounds like a lot of debt, but there appears to be enough liquid assets to cover.

Lets just hope this isn't a lot of hot air ;->.
