Clearwater, FL, April 15, 2010, Innovative Health Sciences, Inc. announced today that the company plans to begin pre-production for a new fitness product in the coming weeks pending the completion of contractual negotiations to acquire the rights to a unique piece of exercise equipment. Tim Harrington, CEO of Harrington Multi Media Marketing, Inc., which was recently acquired by Innovative Health Sciences, Inc. states, “We have had a great deal of success in the past marketing fitness equipment. This is a product category that we helped pioneer in the direct response television industry.”
In 1992 Harrington’s previous company produced Tony Little’s first infomercial for the Target Training product. This product generated over $200,000,000 in sales. Tony Little is affectionately known as “America’s Personal Trainer” and over the years has worked on numerous product marketing campaigns with Harrington.

Management
Tim Harrington
Tim has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of hm3 since its inception. From 1987 to 1991 he served as President of Quantum International, which parlayed a $75,000 investment into $50 million in first year sales. National Media, a New York Stock Exchange company merged with Quantum, and Tim served as Executive Vice President of National Media from 1991 to 1994. During this time National Media grew from an $18 million market cap to $500 million. National Media was also the first company to launch infomercials internationally. Tim moved to St. Petersburg in 1994 as the co-founder of HSN Direct. HSN Direct was a 51/49 joint venture with the live shopping giant, HSN. He became President of Reliant International Media Corp. in 1997. Since 2008 he served as President of TVGoods.com LLC, and in 2010 became Chairman and CEO of Harrington Multi Media Marketing. His responsibilities in all of these companies have included multi-functional supervision of product development, marketing, production of infomercials and short form commercials, media purchasing, live shopping product presentations and directing all other operational matters. In 2009 he was named a member of the Nominating Committee of the Electronic Retail Association, which is considered the premier trade organization of the infomercial and electronic retail industry.

Karl Rodriguez
Karl has served as President of hm3 since its inception. Karl is a graduate of LSU Law School and became a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association. He does not practice law in the state of Florida but supervises legal matters for the Company. His law practice was primarily focused on corporate matters for private and public corporations, for which he practiced before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Formerly Karl was the owner of a business brokerage company with offices in Baton Rouge and New Orleans and was a real estate developer for several residential developments and as project manager for an Arnold Palmer golf course development. In 1998 he joined the board of Reliant International Media with Harrington and served as that company's general counsel and SEC attorney. In 2008 he became Executive Vice President of TVGoods.com LLC and in 2010 became President of Harrington Multi Media Marketing LLC.
Lynda Lafair
Lynda has over 20 years experience in the direct response T.V. industry, domestic and international marketing. Her business and personal contacts in this arena is extensive, and her television and media marketing knowledge serves her well in her position as Executive Vice President of hm3, its signature services as Direct Response and Electronic Retailing Specialists. Lynda's background in television and media markets is extensive. In the 1990's with Williams Television Time, Inc., Los Angeles, she launched its DRTV international division, at National Media Corporation, Philadelphia, Ms. Lafair sourced and licensed products and shows for domestic and international distribution, At Home Shopping Network, HSN Direct International, Ltd. in St. Petersburg, Lynda was Vice President of International Sales & Marketing, licensing infomercials, selling product with a specialty in product development for overseas markets. For Reliant Interactive Media Corp, a Public Company, Clearwater, Florida Ms. Lafair operated as its Senior V.P. International and launched their overseas division, exporting product, while licensing their shows to distributors worldwide. In addition, Lynda was the key divisional V.P. to strategize and launch Reliant’s U.S. Hispanic Direct Response Division. Lynda has considerable experience in infomercial promotion and production, coordinating all aspects of the selling process including contract development with on-air talent and celebrities, and creation and development of shows, merchandising product and positioning talent for on-air presentations. Her extensive background in sales, production, marketing, product development and management along with her expertise in live shopping electronic retailing and direct response television marketing, will serve to make hm3 a viable and successful venture in the 21st century.
