Despite a high P/E multiple and plodding growth rates, I’d expect Jack Henry to outpace the market, though perhaps not by much. Jack Henry’s software/services are critical to small banks and credit unions, who rarely switch providers and frequently buy additional services. This has led to high margins and sustained (though slow) growth. I think that’s an underappreciated combination.
