Joseph Stilwell is turning this company around. Already trading at around 50% of book and is buying back debt. Market is grossly undervaluing, came close to bankruptcy so I believe analyst are still keeping their distance. Potential 5-10 bagger over the next few years.

On a strictly valuation stand point, it was at 60% it's book, damn near 6 in eps, plus it also insures in canada... financials look alright and in 2 to 3 years i think the price will pick up. I buy when i see a sale. And it looks like it's on sale
