Cashflows for NG pipelines were strong in 2020 . Reopening of the economy is bringing back demand for energy and energy prices have climbed . Plus the dividend is attractive and safe. Dividend recently has been return of capital . Thus no taxes on the dividend . But it will lower your cost basis
