in the ownership and operation, acquisition, development and redevelopment of neighborhood and
community shopping centers in the United States. It's tennants include companies such as Nordstrom,
Five Guys, Panera Bread, Sprint, Planet Fitness, Best Buy, Chipotle, Pizza Hut, Office Max,
Stien Mart, Hallmark, Publix, and many more. These are all great companies that will be paying rent
for the forseeable future - how efficient is it to move your business often? Also, the properties
are located in heavily populated area throughout the US in areas where the HHI is upward of $75,000
meaning that all of the tenants will have a strong customer base - hence, no need to be relocating
their stores. Plus this is a REIT and the dividends keep increasing (currently at 4.01%).
