Fellow fools, there is a bottom, below this bottom, and I have seen it. In the next few months foreclosures, bank failures, and fear of the unknown will drive down the value of this stock. This stock could go to $1 dollar on a bear run.

Re-upp from a 5 year hold to reset the funky colored out of date.

Part of long running dividend reinvestment observation.

When investing in high paying dividend stocks, attempt low entry during a love/hate cycle. Beware of companies that pay high dividends, but issue stocks and borrow to pay them. REIT's by tax code have to pay out so much revenue in dividends that they have nothing left to reinvest.

Continuing with a 5 Year hold. Dividend reinvestment on this one should "beat" the markets after 5 years...
