The best Bull and Bear pitches based on recency and number of recommendations.
This company does cool stuff. But they are very tied to real estate listing. Not clear that they will survive in current form, with real estate suffering from rising rates.

Their 3D capture technology is used for virtual tours from real estate to vacations. Next expansion is to use this technology in the metaverse. The technology would allow someone building in a virtual world to overlay with real images. Tour a museum, check out a wedding venue, or shop at a store.

Speculative Pick (2% max allocation would be wise), IT Sector: Undoubtedly a Fool favorite by now; With it’s tech for digital capture of 3D spaces, this SPAC-merged start up sits at the nexus of many industries; First and foremost there’s the architectural and building management sector, where the customer base is rapidly growing, then there’s real estate where folks will soon expect to digitally explore a listing before bothering to visit it in person, there’s potential tie-ins with gaming, VR, and AR; How’d you like to take your virtual Modern Warfare buddies back in time to defend the Alamo? Trust me, it’s coming; Then there’s that Metaverse thingy where the skies are the limits; This stock feels like a GoPro with endless room to run; Still she’s in the super unpopular tech sector and likely to experience more volatility; With no debt and a quick ratio 14x industry average, I’m not worried; This is one stock you really do want to buy on the current dip

Metaverse or no, this is a cool company. Interesting partnerships (Redfin, Vacasa), flexible tech, many use cases. Bet on strong RE market and unique, flexible digital offerings. Only downside is, I wish Glassdoor reviews were stronger. Will watch.
