Terrible quick ratio, terrible debt ratio, negative earnings, crashing oil prices, and pending sanctions against Russia, yeeesh. On the positive side, trading way below book value (for a reason), and the oil recovery. I don't see a "neutral" option in the CAPS page, so will say out perform.
