Oversold, solid Dividend, may not be much of a growth stock, however solid fundamentals.

I look on the short long term as this stock looks to be filled with postive growth even though the eps which I think is for the cost of per share shows it dropping Lot and growth and dividends going up.
I think unless I loose alot of points on this I'll have this on my buy list in the next month.
