I disagree with Merrill Lynch or TMFDitty (Rich Smith) about OOMA, he should stick what he understands better. Quipping thata OOMA will CERTAINLY not turn profitable this year doesn't consider the acquisition of both Butterfleye adding security and Voxter adding larger scale to the platform for both business and consumers. Price targets have been lifted higher by even Merrill Lynch; i wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to create a buying opportunity by these short-sighted concerns.
