REIT that owns three healthcare asset classes, Life Science, Senior Housing and Medical Offices. Life Science would be aka Biotech companies which are growing rapidly in the COVID world. There will always be a need for R&D. Senior housing is beaten down but the population continues to age creating future opportunity. Medical Office will still be needed going forward, as not everything can be done via Teledocs or online.
