Cereals: lots of cash flow, but in decline. The other stuff - eggs, active nutrition, private brands - none of that can replace the steadfast quality of the cereal business. Branded foods are challenged by smaller foe, grocery store consolidation, and disruptors. Lastly, debt is considerable. Adjusted EBITA coverage of interest cost was just about 2X.
