Obviously a good brand with good reputation. They have pricing power. As a vegetarian, I am ambivalent to the product, but, if they can charge more, that sounds good to me. A Texas Roadhouse manager told me RUTH gets meat from them in a pinch, sounds beneficial for both companies.
