Been following it for a long time. It may be a European bank stock but its a good one. Only 2.52 per share today. High dividend and very low price to earnings ratio make it a steal.

But Santander has built itself into a global lender, becoming a major presence in certain growth markets in South America. It also has a U.S. banking operation.
