Throughout most of the pandemic Starbucks still had plenty of customers willing to queue for coffee. The idea of their cafes being a "third place" is cemented into the psyche of its customers. They've been around 50 years already, but they don't have real challengers. Their acceptance abroad means their growth story isn't over.
