Outlets aren't going away anytime soon. I know all the rage is online (AMZN, etc.) and true, that has crushed some allot of stores, Outlets a re different breed. Even though now with this COVID-19 thing, most if not all are closed, they'll re-open once it's over. I live about 10 minutes from a Premium Outlets (SPG property) during the warm weather months, this place is like a madhouse! There's bus after bus of shoppers from all around to spend their monies. Do I think SKT will return to $30's or $40's from a few years ago, no, but i do think it'll get back to mid to upper teens. From here, that's a dman nice return, with the hefty divi as well.
