Remember when Enron used subsidiaries to make its balance sheet look good. Hybrid Technologies, Inc is using SLAT.OB in much the same capacity. It’s the same game, only the names have changed. I'm looking to ride this stock up for a week and turn… More

You can tell from the chart that this stock has been well-pumped (up 500% in a few months???) and is now in the dump phase. Get in while it still meets the CAPS minimums!

What company am I shorting? SLAT.OB brings up Superlattice Power in Yahoo! Finance. Then, if you click on Company Profile, it's talking about Zingo Inc. Then I find out from Tastylunch that it used to be called JavaKing Coffee. Yahoo! has its company website as www.tradewindsteelecom.com, and it doesn't even work! Only through a press release did I find out that the actual site is www.superlatticepower.com, but I'm still not impressed.
What is going on here? We've got business models ranging from business consultation for the specialty coffee making industry in China to VoIP. Read enough and you also find out that SLAT is a subsidiaty to Hybrid Technologies which makes lithium batteries. Talk about synergies. This combination could eventually rank up there with Procter & Gamble and Gillette.
You know what, who cares what they're doing this week? It'll probably change by the time you can slap a red thumb on this sucker. Lets all meet at $0!
If that isn't enough to convince you, Ms. Holly Roseberry is carrying quite the load at SuperZingoKingCoffee & Battery. Either she is the most business savvy women ever or the ring leader of a ponzi scheme. She is not only the Chief Exececutive Officer, President, Prinicpal Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer, but I bet she's also a client!
For you numbers people, $1M in sales give whatever company this is a P/S of 200x (what do you think they'll be selling next...that's the real question here). 230% rise in 1 year. I may get caught up in the price "pump" upward, but I definitely want to be there for the "dump" ride down.
