As stated in the 8K, funds have been allocated to accomplish the following:
• to maintain the property license option USD 200K
• to restructure Soltera’s corporate finance USD 400K
• to re-start the alluvial gold production on Soltera’ El Torno Project USD 600K and
• to undertake initial test work on the Major gold tagets on the El Torno Project USD300K

The majority stake of GoldLake Group is owned by Gold Holding, the family holding company of Franco Colaiacovo, a founder of Italy’s third-largest cement company, Colacem. Goldlake Group has offices in Gubbio (Italy), London and at its main gold operation in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
