Incredibly low PE in combination with high dividend yield and that dividend is covered handily by distributable cash flow, which has been consistently increasing along with the dividend yield.
Recs
This is a speculative play on my part, as the company does not show up on my software as being public for that long. (In fact I only have 1 year's data on them.) But it seems to be a company that is growing quickly, so I thought I would put this in as a pick as a way to help track its growth, (or lack thereof).
The sales growth has average 18% on an annual compound basis since 2009. They lost money last year, but their EPS grew to $5.72 for the most recent 12 months, so that is a huge turnaround. It was this growth that caught my eye. The pre-tax profit margin declined over the past two years, the earned-on-equity sucked and the debt-to-equity was huge last year, all while the company lost money. But they seemed to have turned a lot of that around through the most recent quarter, so we shall see how that drops down to the bottom line. The company does not pay a dividend, so its only growth prospects will be based on if it can keep growing its earnings.
If the stock can keep up the great growth it has shown over the past year, this stock could easily double or more over the next 5 years. So I put this pick in to track the growth of the stock, and I am thinking of making this a real-life holding of mine with some of my risk capital, to see if this company can turn into a multi-bagger for me. I'll let you know if I do so.
