Not as cheap as its been in the past, but its a well run operator that returns a good amount to shareholders. Given the shortage in the US housing market and the infrastructure bill, I expect this one to do well.
The cash reserve is good and the debt is controllable but the market with raising interest rates and questionable income increases really have a huge impact on a 15,000 employee sized company that supplies home building goods
