If Redfin, Zillow, Opendoor, etc. are early movers in disrupting real estate (for the sake of it), WD is more focused in simply dominating it. Moving from the traditional Agent model to online real estate transactions may be a natural evolution of this market. But it is not by far a unique proposition. Being best positioned to strike at the right time is more important. WD has that key element of focusing on the goal instead of just the novel and easy to reproduce means.
