The best Bull and Bear pitches based on recency and number of recommendations.
Hhmmm...comments not coming very often? Not a big following on this one? Cha-ching!
Dividends are nice, but not if they can't afford to pay the dividend. Plus the EPS has been declining since 2005.

Mainy state owned and one of the largest in south america, the government will not let it fail and is massively underpriced due three factors:
- covid19
- oil price
- argentina default problem
Covid will pass as everything in life, oil price will recover, not to mention the local “criollo” oil price with a guaranteed minimun local price. And finally the default problem, all indications look that Argentina will succeed in its renegotiation this week.

Argentina has oil. oil will continue to rise.

I started trading stocks 1 week ago and YPF was one of the 1st stocks i purchased. I do not have financial / technical knowledge to explain the reason why i believe YPF will outperform, but i'll give a few reasons for my opinion: I'm from Argentina and for whatever reason i keep reading its news (living in Chicago). Its economy has significantly devalued its currency which in my opinion, regardless of the way it was done, is setting the country to be more competitive in the long run. YPF has been affected by the economy's decline, by how the populist government has obliged gas companies to keep the price down, but lately the market is winning the arm-wrestle with the government officials, gas companies started raising prices, earning more profits, and YPF has also (in the last few weeks) signed significant deals with multi-national oil companies to explore a few sites where it is believed to be huge concentration of petroleum, that have not been explored until now for several reasons, one being economical.
The term of the current's president will soon come to an end, i doubt the country's economy could go much lower than what it is today, I believe YPF's shares are undervalued, and they have a big potential for growth.
In my one week experience as an investor, ive seen its stock price go up and down, which obviously made me worry, but finding out that Soros has invested millions of dollars in YPF has also given me some tranquility.
I'm learning a lot in this site.
Thank you.
